Data Tracking Assignment
Background: While researching my data, I decided to see how much money I was spending months on gas, groceries, and outings. Tracking this data will help me see my expenses, and what I might need to change to save more money.
Collection: I used my October bank statement to total my amounts and organized by each week of October and where the card was being charged.
Visualization: I used a bar chart to help visual the amount of money I was spending, and I used a line graph to see the fluctuations between the weeks and amount beign spent.
Insights: I noticed that the two weeks I got paid, I spent way more money on cuttings, and less on groceries. This could due to the fact that I was going out with friends a lot during the month of October.
Email Assignment
In this assignment, I was tasked with reading, editing, and revising an email. This was a great way for me to learn how to keep corporate emails professional, and make sure all the information is needed for our employees to know.
Team Presentation
In this activity, I worked with a group on a preentation about Emotional Intelligence in the workplace. We worked together on brainstorming ideas, researching, creating a slideshow, formatting and wording our research, and presenting to our classmates. This activity helped me gain a better understanding in working in groups, and the importance of being on the same page as a team.
